HTML review page with embedded base64 images still shows old images after the files were replaced

问题
After replacing GIF files on disk, the review HTML page kept showing old versions.

grep -c 'data:image' page.html > 0 and page mtime older than assets.

Server serves stale files (check with curl).
根因
Images were embedded as base64 data URIs at build time, so the page is a snapshot; replacing files changes nothing until it is rebuilt. With linked images, browser cache gives the same symptom.
修复步骤
- Check for
src="data:image/...;base64,. - Re-run the page generator after replacing files.
- For linked images use
x.gif?v=<mtime>.
